Our Policy
Under the 2000 Distance Selling Regulations, you can return book (s) within 14 days, in same condition it was sent and I will refund price of book, not including postage charges. You are advised to gain a certificate of posting and once book received I will send a cheque immediately.
If I have described a book incorrectly I will pay postage charges as well.
I trust that everything will be satisfactory, but if there is a problem it's reassuring to know there is a proper refund policy.
Please note none of your details will be disclosed to 3rd parties. I will retain contact information merely so I can inform you of new stock which you have requested.
